Storm Damage and Insurance Claims

Honest hail and wind inspections, clear documentation and experienced support when an insurance adjuster is involved.

After a Colorado hail or wind event, property owners often receive conflicting advice. Aspire provides a straightforward inspection, documents visible conditions and explains whether the evidence supports repair, an insurance conversation or no action at all.

Storm-damage guidance without manufactured urgency.

Not every storm creates insurable roof damage, and not every damaged roof requires immediate replacement. Our responsibility is to tell you what we actually see and help you understand the available next steps.

Hail inspection

We evaluate shingles, metal components, soft metals, vents, gutters and other accessible exterior surfaces for storm-related indicators.

Wind evaluation

Lifted, creased or missing materials are assessed along with installation conditions and other possible causes.

Photo documentation

Important findings can be photographed and organized so the property owner has a clearer record of the visible condition.

Adjuster meetings

When appropriate, Aspire can meet with the insurance adjuster and point out documented conditions while the carrier makes its own coverage determination.

How the process works.

  • Schedule a no-pressure exterior inspection
  • Review the findings and available photographs
  • Discuss whether repair, monitoring or a claim conversation makes sense
  • Meet the adjuster when requested and appropriate
  • Review the approved scope before any contracted work begins

A contractor does not determine insurance coverage.

Your insurance carrier decides whether damage is covered under the policy. Aspire can inspect, document and explain construction conditions, but we do not promise claim approval or act as a public adjuster.

Colorado experience matters.

Hail, wind, snow and rapid temperature changes can create complicated roof conditions. Since 2011, Aspire has helped Colorado property owners separate genuine storm concerns from normal aging and maintenance issues.
