Do I have a problem with my roof?
Most roof problems are discovered after leaking or after serious damage has taken place. We suggest a periodic inspection, which often reveals damaged, warped, missing shingles; loose seams, rusted flashing’s; excessive granule loss. On the inside however, you can look for cracked or bubbling paint, discolored plasterboard and peeling wall paper. These can all be signs of damaged roofs.
What if my roof leaks?
Just because your roof leaks, doesn’t mean you need a new roof system. Leaks can result from damaged flashings, or a small section of the roof being damaged. A complete roof system failure, is generally irreversible for the home or building.
Should I do the work myself?
Professional roofing contractors are trained to safely and efficiently repair or replace your roof system. Besides that, you might actually damage your roof by using improper techniques, or God forbid you injure yourself by falling off or through the roof. So let the professionals do the work. It could save you a lot of trouble in the end.
What about door knockers?
Many door knockers have not been properly trained in assessing a damaged roof. Having the understanding it takes to properly inform a client of their roofs true condition is a highly valued asset here at Aspire Roofing.
How should I prepare for an install?
Remove any valuables that are close to the outside walls of your house as well as glass tables, lamps, artwork, and non-replaceable items. Then do the same thing on the inside of your external walls and any loose hanging items. Make sure to park your car in the street early that morning. Also it will be noisy, especially during the first half of the job, so if you want to leave for a few hours by all means do so. Last of all try to relax, we will take good care of you.
